  • Both guys arrived on time and were hardworking. However, the experienced guy kept insisting on doing things his way. He claimed that it was impossible to get a piece of furniture down the stairs, which made him quite frustrated. As a result, he started slacking off. When it was close to their time being terminated, their boss messaged them and told them to quit working. I found that very unprofessional, especially since we had already extended their work for another hour.

    Thank you for your feedback. We wouldd like to clarify a few points. Your move involved a 3 bedroom to 4 bedroom home, requiring upstairs-to-downstairs transport. Our crew arrived on time and worked continuously. An extra hour was added at your request because you still had items left to be loaded. The mover raised valid safety concerns about a large furniture item this was not slacking off. The team only stopped working after confirming with you that everything was complete and no further help was needed, and this was after the agreeable time frame. We stand behind the professionalism and effort of our crew.
