• They were very nice while here and packed everything I asked to have put in the Ubox.

• The two movers were late to the scheduled appointment(father and son). We agreed to 4;30 pm. Derek and his song got there closer to 5. I believe the first item was placed in the ubox around 5;07 pm. He also insisted on telling me that the moves are only 1 hour and not 2, and it would be an extra hour to move. Well, all of my items were placed in the ubox by 7;17 pm.I feel like I was scammed because, after double-checking on moving help and reading other reviews, this seems to be a common theme. Derek tells me that 2 hours is the minimum. It is unfortunate that I tipped him and paid the extra $ 85 for absolutely nothing, and they were late. Also, they marked my wall up while trying to move furniture which I didn't notice until the house was empty. I guess I am making this comment for this next person who decides to use this company... in other words, go somewhere else. they also smelled like marijuana- I don't care what you do outside of work but at work please be professional.
