  • The requested time was 10 a.m. I reached out because no one was there. They gathered a team of super nice individuals who arrived at 11 15 and finished what was started by 12 15. I paid for 3 hours and am waiting for a response on a refund of the hour no one was onsite. The guys were quick and very polite. No complaints there.
