They broke multiple pieces of my furniture and were dragging large pieces up stairs alone with a dolly when an elevator was available, trying to rush the job. When confronted about the damage, they were defensive and the one who broke it kept trying to lie about what happened. I was told a claim would be made but I haven’t received any update on that yet so we’ll see.
