• Would NOT recommend. Showed up 10 min late and went downhill from there. Seemed to have ZERO experience loading a moving truck. They were slow, on their phones CONSTANTLY. We had to go find them repeatedly and would be in truck or sitting on phones. Politely asked we needed to move more quickly bc we were unable to lift things and had to be out of house that day. No English speaking. A hour into job they showed me on Google Translate they had an emergency and couldn’t stay. I refused to accept this, we had zero alternatives to get moved. We ended up coming to an agreement, but overall VERY stressful. Would NOT recommend these 2 particular movers and would let the owner Mauricio know (I had to speak w him on phone briefly) -he needs to train his people to lift, load and work timely and efficiently. Zero out of 10 rating .

• They were friendly and helpful but they didn’t listen when I asked them to carry my couch through the front door instead of the back door. The back door is narrower and now the metal frame around it is bent and missing paint due to the couch being forced through. The couch is also damaged from sliding along the brick around the back door. Is there a damage claim process you can direct me to? The main contact who coordinated the movers over the phone was very helpful and quick to reply. When the movers disappeared mid-trip to the new house, the phone contact was very quick to get in touch with them and get them to the correct address. I was told one of their phones had died and they got a flat tire.
