  • Starting off was very rocky. I never got a message confirming my time ahead of time. I reached out two days before and the night before and they didn’t respond until the night before to confirm I was on the schedule. He said they’d arrive at 9 but I did not get a call until almost 10 notifying me they overslept. Upon arrival however, the team did a great job. We were still wrapping furniture and they worked around us and got everything loaded within the two hours. They even stayed a bit over to finish getting the truck loaded, which I was happy with since one of the men showed up about 30 min after the first.
