The communication leading up to the move was great! I appreciate texting communication, made it convenient for me to coordinate. The actual move though the movers did not do the best job, there was lack of efficiency and care for my items. Stacking a dolly too high and dropping boxes resulting in having glasses shatter in a box is just not acceptable as a moving company. Overall the team worked hard but I was not impressed with the service provided in unloading the truck and would not recommend this service. Lack of technique in process was very clear that the team needs a little more work. Thanks!
