  • Booked 2 guys for 2 hours. Only needed one, but had to pay for two regardless. They showed up 3 hours late, nothing more inconvenient than when you have people waiting for the movers to show up. The original guys decided not to take the job last minute and we had to wait for the company to rustle up two guys to do the moving. The two that did finally show up were extremely unprofessional...one guy was wearing crocs. Watched them drag my memory foam mattress down the stairs. Loaded cedar chest on dolly without moving blankets (which I did have three provided), resulting in deep gouges in the top of the cedar chest. Now the top has to be sent to a professional to repair. Thanks for the extra money going out. Also gouged up my antique dresser. What a mess. My brother had to keep directing the loading guys on how to load the truck they were so disorganized and seemed like they never moved before. Selected this company because they had 5 stars. Read the reviews before you book.
