• This was the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. From the start they were told what the expectations and priorities were. We got two inexperienced and immature movers, one even wore Nike slides. They moved slowly, packed the truck incorrectly, and had to be coached by their supervisor over FaceTime. My husband and son also stepped in to instruct them on how to load the truck and max the space. It’s sad that they placed fragile items under heavy boxes, which is basic moving 101. Despite repeated reminders to load the large furniture first, they focused almost entirely on boxes and didn’t touch the couches or mattresses. After we paid to extend time and with the help of my son and husband the couches were loaded. Again demonstrating their lack experience. The supervisor took no responsibility and sent two clearly untrained movers. At the end of four paid hours, there was a lot of stuff left behind. We paid for professional service and received none. I do not recommend this company.

  Prior to your move, our office made multiple attempts to obtain a detailed inventory so we could recommend the proper crew size and time. Unfortunately, we did not receive a complete description. Upon arrival, the move was much larger than communicated. Since we were not provided an accurate inventory, our Operations Manager joined the crew on FaceTime to assess the move and provide the best loading plan. Had we received an accurate inventory, we would have recommended additional movers and time. This was a labor only reservation for two movers for three hours. Labor only services are completed based on the manpower and time booked. An additional hour was approved and the couches were ultimately loaded. We hire trained movers eighteen years of age and older and do not discriminate based on age. No specific examples of unprofessional conduct were ever provided.
