  • Arrived late and understaffed. Dropped and damaged dresser and did not tell us. Left dresser in bedroom and lesson learned on us to have inspected it prior to releasing payment.

    This was an unloading only job. Your U-Box was already packed before our crew arrived, so we were not responsible for how the items were packed or secured during transport. We arrived on time with the proper number of movers, two movers to unload one U-Box, as scheduled. Our crew did not damage your dresser, and no damage was reported to us during or after the service. This job was completed nearly two months before this review was posted. Given the amount of time that has passed and the fact that the U-Box was packed prior to our arrival, we cannot verify when or how the reported damage occurred.
