  With all due respect sir ; you booked and unbooked us multiple times within 24 hours. We tried our best to accommodate you with all of the time changes that were shifted around your moving time as well. We made sure to send you an eta text as well as let you know that there was an unexpected traffic accident which led to our tardiness. Our communication was proper and you made it seem like it was no problem.
