• The guys showed up and were pretty cold. I like to get to know everyone before they handle all of our possessions and spend most of the day together. I will not say that they didn't work, because at times they worked very hard, but they did not do a good job loading our 26 foot truck. Once we got to our destination many of our furnishings were scratched and damaged. We had a hole in a leather piece and some of the older items that we collect took a beating. I would think if you were moving locally they might be a good choice, but for us it wasn't. The first thing that our crew leader said when we arrived in Texas was that it was a bad packing job, but I already knew that.

  We are sorry to hear you feel this way. For clarity, this job involved loading two full storage units with many loose and irregular items for a move that required a 10 hour drive. Protective materials such as pads or wrapping are typically provided or requested for long distance transport, and none were available for this load. Our crew worked hard throughout the job, and at completion you expressed that you were happy with the work and even tipped the team. Because of that, we were surprised to later see concerns about the packing and loading.
