The arrival time of the delivery was bumped up and hour from original planned, they were able to arrive early and unload quickly.

They showed up two and a half hours late and I think that was only because I called six times and each time it went immediately to voicemail. Someone must have finally checked the voicemails and realized they had a job that had not been started. When the movers showed up, they kept taking smoke breaks and I told them I did not pay for smoke breaks. It got so bad that my child and I ended up having to help unload because they were so slow. It was absolutely ridiculous and I feel that I should receive a refund.

Sorry about the late arrival. When you pushed job back we went ahead and knocked another job back. Was unaware about the smoke breaks very unacceptable
