  My experience with this mover was awful. I had two helpers for two hours to load a truck. They obviously did not know what they were doing. One of my dressers and a storage cabinet were damaged due to their horrible packing. M was helpful & polite but unexperienced. O was on his phone half the time & needed to be told every single time he was in my apartment to do something. They placed heavy items & boxes on top of well-marked fragile items and boxes & did not use the blankets I provided them to keep certain items from being damaged. One of the cabinets was literally placed UPSIDEDOWN, with the top of the cabinet directly on the floor of the truck. In addition, they were scheduled to start at 1030am. While I appreciate that they arrived early for athe job, I was still not back from picking up the Uhaul truck (thanks to Uhaul) until 1010am, so it was not ready to load, but one helper tried to insist that they started working at 10am, when I was not there. Would NOT recommend.

  Everything was A+ from scheduling with James & getting recommendations of where to get moving materials, locks, to ways to handle the art being moved & stored. The movers Justin & David, were A+ completely. On time, checked in earlier to keep me up to date, fast, so competent, made a good plan, cared about how my belongings were stored in the U-Boxes (lot of art & fragile pottery) & had great suggestions. Showed me how those items were situated in the boxes & discussed with me first, did walkthroughs with them at beginning & end. Made a stressful time much better with full professional service. Absolutely use again & recommend unconditionally.
