The communication was excellent from booking until completion. The workers were on time and got the job done in a timely fashion. However, I have used moving help several times in the past and the movers always had what they needed to do the move i.e. dollies, belts for larger items, but this team had nothing to help them with moving multiple boxes in one trip down, fortunately, there wasnt a lot to move and they finished within the 2 hrs I reserved, so it would have been sooner with the proper supplies. The team was kind enough to help remove a wall mounted TV that I had difficulty taking down. I would consider using them again, but would have helped me to be better prepared i.e. rent items needed to help them save time and work more efficiently had I known in advance that MKE supplies manpower only
