• They don't know how to load a truck and the drug my furniture and scratched it all up

  This is unfortunate, this customer watched us and had us load to her exact preference, when we arrived she had nothing ready, we were patient and helped get things ready, she had us start on attic while she threw bed frames down stairs, there is no room to drag in a small house everything was carried, we also suggested straps and blankets, she had none, so we let her use a bag of ours free of charge, she had no boxes for tvs, we suggested we were worried they would get damaged, she said she was not worried about it, she thanked us for our help and again watched us the entire time and had us put things where she wanted, she also had more room and said she was going to be putting more in there after we left, again, nothing was ready when we arrived and this truck was loaded to her preference

• Jerry and his helper were friendly, professional, and fast. We had several very large and very heavy pieces of furniture that they handled with ease. The truck we rented ended up being too small to fit all of our belongings so we had to make two trips. Jerry and his helper worked over their estimated time to help us get the job done. We are very appreciative of their help!
