Tick Tock Movers
Tick Tock movers were awful. The lady I spoke to on the phone two days before the service was very nice and stated it would be her husband that came out. They did arrive on time but the main guy was annoyed from the moment he arrived. Cursing under his breath and complaining the whole time about having to move items upstairs, which I had told them on the phone the items were going upstairs. We paid for 3 hours and they were done in an hour and 20 min. The U-Haul agreement states if they finish early they can move or assemble furniture and do other things. I asked the main guy to put the seatback cushions on the sofa. He said 'We don't assemble' and that was the end of it, he was done. I paid for 3 hours and they were out in an hour and 20 minutes. The helper seemed like it was his first or second day as a mover but he did a good job and was very pleasant. The main guy was irritable and unprofessional and I would not recommend Tick Tock movers to anyone.
