• They were very unprofessional. One of the men dragged my furniture across the floor. I asked him to use a blanket, dolly or two men to carry it. He complained to the team leader who claimed I accused him of scratching my floor and began insulting my house. I repeated that I wanted the furniture to not be drug across the floor, which is a reasonable expectation. I have never seen professional movers do this. He threatened to walk off the job right then and contact Uhaul to get the payment code so he could get paid anyway. I called uhaul and complained. Evidently he found out he wasn't getting paid if he left so he stayed and finished the job. THEN they argued about hauling appliances down stairs that I knew fit in the basement. I’m moving back into this house with the same things when I moved out. They refused to haul the freezer at first, and my husband started hauling them and got hurt. Then they finally did it. They didn't seem to know about moving properly. Very unprofessional.

  We respectfully disagree with several statements in this review and would like to clarify the facts. We have video documentation showing the condition of the floors before any furniture or other items were moved. Our movers do not drag furniture across floors. We use proper moving techniques and equipment to protect the customers property throughout the move. Our team has completed more than 2,000 moves, and we have extensive experience moving furniture, appliances, and heavy items safely, including on stairs. We understand that moving can be stressful, and we always aim to handle our customers belongings with care and professionalism.
