  Somebody has to be the last job on the day before a holiday. Moving, especially long distance can be stressful and exhausting. That was us. When the team arrived, they got right to work, did what they needed to do and never gave so much as a side-eye when I had them wrestle furniture up the 130-year-old stairway with low clearance. They did a great job. The company however, they could have done a far better job of communicating with us prior to the team's arrival. We were told a team was on the way at 9am, but they arrived 6hrs later. Great workers. Poor admin.

  During the service they scratched my floor in my apartment. They also broke the mirrored coffee table and sofa table when putting it on the truck. They broke the cord on the reclining sofa.They did not wrap the tvs so I did not know if they work. They also did not complete my move they arrived an hour late and started 45 minutes after. When time for drop off they stopped at the gas station and stated they had no gas and could not buy any we had to give them gas money after waiting about an hour and missed our appointment for the storage. They did not the job would not recommend use at your own risk.

  The movers were late. They showed up high. The way our u-boxes were packed we are going to have to redo some of them to finish everything. We had totes that needed to loaded and offered them the use of our hand truck. They declined. Instead they drug the totes across the concrete. They very unprofessional. I would not recommend their service to anyone.
