  • The communication was good. My move was a last minute request. The men were prompt and polite. They didn’t wrap any furniture in the blankets and placed many items on the ground. There was damage to many items and scuffs on the wall. They worked fast but didn’t pace themselves so I believe fatigue led to mistakes. They had about 45 minutes left from the time I purchased. After examining the items, I noticed they did not place the boxes in the labeled locations but placed everything on the main floor cluttering up the living space and disregarded my instructions to place them as labeled. They were on the expensive side but didn’t deliver with high quality service. I am disappointed. I have items to be moved from storage and I have no walking space to walk through the house.

    Any box that I put in the living room was because there was no clear label on it. I seen you watch me put several boxes down and check on the sides to see if there was a label. If it had a label on it I walked it to the bedrooms or kitchen. I did not just disregard your request. We do not just open peoples boxes up because that is an invasion of privacy. Usually when there are boxes that are not labeled we put them in the living room and the customer will open up the boxes and tell us where they go. You made no attempt to do that. There were also no holes in the walls. Those hall ways were very narrow and we made a point take our time with the bulky furniture to protect the walls. As far as any scratches on your furniture we did not drop a single item of yours the entire move. not a single box or furniture and my guy was gentle while staging . You told me before the job that the previous company did a bad job packing. I saw scratches on furniture while being taken out of the truck.
