  They packed and loaded my Uhaul within 30 mins. I would recommend them. Very friendly as well. Was able to reschedule me due to some issues for the same day.

  Company communication was good but moving service was not. Our stuff was being moved out of an impeccably organized storage unit. Should have been an easy task. But the two movers we had did not seem to understand how to organize a moving truck. They did not put the heavy and bulky items like solid wood dresser, mattress etc in the back and after loading just a few items started saying there was not enough room in the truck though it was the same size truck that got everything into the storage unit to begin with. The last straw was when one mover tried to put a bookcase on top of my Cannondale mountain bike and started shoving the bookcase over the spokes to try to get it to go in!! Great way to ruin the bike! Horrified, I told them to stop and that we would move the rest ourselves. We ended up running a separate trip ourselves with dining table, four chairs and a dozen moving boxes just to stop these guys from handling any more of our stuff. Would not use again.

  MAGNO MOVING

  It was evident that they were getting annoyed by the end of the trip. They were constantly telling my mom and boyfriend to finish moving items when they move them to the top of the stairs. When I told them my mom hurt her back from helping load the truck they began to speak Spanish and say that they’re mad we weren’t helping them and they would have to do it all themselves. After that they put my book shelf sideways in the middle of the room instead of standing it up along the wall. They put my desks upside down in the middle of the room as well.
