The 2 movers were ok, they hit several furniture items on walls and ceilings while moving them in. They were not particularly gentle with the boxes and there were several items chipped once they were unpacked, which may not have been because of this but the other moving company I used to load the truck was way more careful. While moving a bookshelf upstairs, one just kept walking up as it hit steps and dropped out the shelves and I had to go back the following day to try and find the pins that held up the shelves. I did not find all of them. They got the truck unloaded in under the 2 hours.
