  Helping Hands

  There were some communication issues from the beginning. I changed the appointment time from the afternoon to the evening through Uhaul. I was driving from Dallas to outside Galveston so I would not have been able to be there until 6 at the earliest. The movers had no idea and told me that they don't really have anything to do with Uhaul. I needed to return the van the same evening so I wasn't sure if I would be able to work with them but they were able to make it. I needed them to unload a cargo van. I knew I had them booked for two hours so I also asked them to unload my minivan when they got here. They weren't happy about that. They got the job done but there was a bit of a vibe. Luckily I had packaged my items well because there were clear signs they had dragged my items through the dirt.

  We decided last minute to go with movers for our move in. I’m so happy we did. The Mountain Movers team did a great job with efficiency and care for my belongings. Communication about arrival and giving ample notice was so appreciated! We will definitely reach out for our next move. Thank you again, guys, you made a stressful process that much easier.
