• On June 6th I hired this company and they came with no tools (Dolly Borrowed from my neighbor, Straps Went to buy ourselves) and No wrapping material for furniture items. I spoke with the owner and said i have a double stack stainless steel Lg washer and dryer and he said that would be an extra $50 and he would send another guy to assist with the safe move of it said fine because of course im not leaving it there. A few of my items got dings but Im not concerned with that. That same said washer&dryer was destroyed by his movers. I paid $2,000 for this item and had a 6 year warranty (4 years left). When i google the prices now it’s way over that amount. The owner told me to go through the resolution center and we can make a payment plan for the damages. I filed that claim on June 9th it has since closed with no response or resolution from Owner. Would recommend another company with more experience. They are untrained beginner movers great for boxes and non fragile items in my opinion.

• Tommy and his associate did an amazing job! Very quick, friendly, and professional. They packed a truck to fit furniture we did not think was possible. I could not make a stronger recommendation
