  • Overall, they were good, and they got the job done efficiently and skillfully. Nothing was broken. A couple notes. They disassembled my bedframe, and they misplaced the screws. They should have either secured them to the pieces, or clearly let me know where they were putting them. One other thing is attitude. In the first half of the job, doubts were expressed that everything would fit, which unnecessarily increased my anxiety as I was dealing with various other stressful move out tasks. There was one particular large shelf that they were saying was impossible to move (obviously it was possible to be moved since it had gotten into the place.) They ended up simply needing me to help (moving that shelf was a 3 person job), but they started refusing, saying it was impossible, etc, before even asking me to help. In the end, they did puzzle everything together to make it fit perfectly. I just wish they could have had more of a positive, can do attitude.
