• The movers we had were awesome, and super helpful - so grateful that they helped me and my roommate with the move and made our lives so much easier. However, they had a previous move job prior to ours, and whomever the people they were helping move for the previous move job vastly underestimated how long their move would take. One of the movers called me at 8 am to tell me about the situation, and asked if it would be okay to push back our move by a couple hours. In my tired state (I had just woken up), I agreed - long story short though, that delay resulted in not having gas at our new apt for 4 days. I understand that our movers were stuck between a rock and a hard place, and that I had agreed to having our move pushed back, but I really wish that I was never presented with that option - am hoping that a strict policy would be enforced. The movers were really apologetic and were truly great people though, so I have nothing against them.

• did an excellent job helping me unpack, they were quick, made sure they placed all my things where i wanted them, and were careful with bringing it from the truck to my apartment. it was also really nice of them to ask if i wanted to move anything around when they were all done, very feriendly and communicative movers, would hire again.

• movers did a phenomenal job, they were careful with all my furniture and made sure all the important things are nicely wrapped in blankets so they dont get damaged during the drive. very friendly and communicative.
