Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The movers were told I had set hours from noon to 3pm for moving due to my apartment building rules. The movers were 2 hours late but still expected payment for the 3 hours booked. One of the movers spent the first 20 minutes after arrival arguing on the phone with someone over the details of their last job. I found the whole experience disappointing.
