• One small comment is that the two young guys can use a little insight on how to pack efficiently. I had to leave some items behind that could’ve been included in loading my UHaul if the packing had been done correctly. I still cash tipped them generously because they tried, and it was raining.

• The 2 movers that assisted were fine, my fiance was there to help assist with the move. I'm only upset because my walls in my new place are damaged. The main stairwell & the 3rd floor. I reached out to the owner he act as if he was going to assist and informed he would reach out later to help. Never reached out I gave him a call-text and his response was not helpful at all. I sent him proof of the damage as well as proof of the site where it doesn't allow you to make additional coverage purchase and he just didn't respond after. I was even fine with paying for extra hours because I utilized the service, I didn't argue or complain I made the payment. I reached out to U-Haul to assist because these damages I have to come out of pocket, I was advised to leave a review & continue with the dispute process. I am very upset with this because I wanted to resolve this issue with the company but it's been 48 hours and I have yet to receive a response.
