• The guys worked very hard and were able to move everything with a very tight fit in a slightly too small truck. They were careful with my stuff and navigated a very tight staircase. There was a bit of an argument toward the end about the stairs at the destination location. I'd communicated in advance it was one flight of stairs, since it's a second floor apartment. There was a disagreement about the definition of what a flight of stairs means. I guess it could be considered 1.5 flights of stairs since there's half a flight to get to the first floor apartment door, and an additional flight to get to the second floor apartment door. Just seemed like an odd thing to make a big deal over, since they asked me multiple times to leave a 5 star review. I tried to give both movers a $20 tip each but one of them refused due to the stairs argument. I wish them both the best of success in their future endeavors.

• Both went above and beyond to make sure my move went quickly as possible. It was extremely difficult to move in January and the cold, but both made sure the job was done very well.
