We're Bright Futures Moving & Labor. Yeah, we move stuff - couches, boxes, that one ridiculously heavy dresser that somehow made it up the stairs but refuses to come back down. But really, we move moments. First apartments. Bigger homes. New chapters. Fresh starts.

Movers did not show up on moving day and could not get a hold of them. We moved from out of state and left early to make sure we would arrive around the time we had confirmed booking for. Once we arrived no one showed up we waited all day tried called them and had no response. We ended up sleeping on the floor and wasted a whole day of unpacking. The next day they sent someone over and told us they would try to make it right by sending a partial refund after we released full payment from uhaul. We never received the partial refund despite us trying to get a hold of them multiple times after.

They did a great job on all the furnishings from a one-bedroom apartment on the third floor with steep stairs!

Movers were both nice and pleasant and worked hard. But one of the movers showed little care for our possesions, often dropping our boxes onto the sidewalk despite being labeled fragile. We gave specific instructions for some boxes, we even labeled many boxes with large notes, most of which were completely ignored.
