The woman who answers the phone was very polite and helpful, so no issues there. The problem was with the actual movers on 08.22.25. One of the men spent much of the time sitting around doing nothing, even after we asked multiple times if he was okay and reminded them that the job wasn’t finished. My dad also had to step in and say something. In the end, we ended up doing more of the work ourselves than the movers did. One worker arrived smelling strongly of marijuana. While that doesn’t bother me personally, it clearly affected his ability to work. The level of professionalism was extremely poor, and the company email I was given for follow-up bounced back, so I never received a response. Overall, I would not recommend hiring this company. We paid for moving help, but what we got was disappointing and unprofessional.
