We live in a two bedroom apartment; large furniture is a couch, queen size and full size mattress', and two smaller dressers. They couldn't move our stuff in the three hours we booked so they asked us to extend their contract by paying them cash. At the end of FIVE HOURS, they told us our stuff wouldn't fit into the 15 ft truck. They threw our belongings including large furniture off the fire escape of our first floor unit. All of our furniture is damaged (scratches, dents, etc.). They completely broke a side table and did not tell us. They also disassembled a bed without communicating and lost hardware. While they were already running late, they helped another tenant move her boxes. They took items out of boxes and placed them loose in the truck to try to fit everything. Once they told us it wouldn't fit, they tried to convince us to let them use a personal vehicle to move a mattress for cash. They made us uncomfortable multiple times throughout the day. Do not book these movers.
