I found SCM Moving through a site other than U-Haul. Because of this, I was unaware that I was supposed to provide my own truck. I thought I had hired a standard moving company. It would have been very useful if the person confirming my reservation over the phone had clarified that. However, when the movers showed up, they were very kind and patient with me as I scrambled to find a cargo van. Those two were great.
