Although one of the guys showed up late, they still managed to get everything done. I would hire them again. The movers were nice people.

DO NOT BOOK! Damage to items, as well as house walls and floor! Booked through Uhaul moving service. Moving service was for 4 hours. Two man crew from Royalty Movers arrived at 3.19pm, and ended at 5.20pm (2 hours). They did not want to complete move because it would've entailed two trips with provided moving truck (1 mile each), and they said they're too tired. Only wanted to do one trip of load and unload. INCOMPLETE MOVE! Uhaul rep said that the initial payment code was for full 4 hours of service, so he gave me a second payment code for corrected 2 hours of work. Pam, owner of Royalty Movers, was not happy and said minimum was 4 hours, even if they did 2. Poor service, poor communication, poor care for property.!

My movers said they would go back for the 2nd trip without a problem however when we saw you trying to change your contract in the middle of the move Alisha had them stop
