Someone from the moving company called me a day before my move to confirm the date and time of my move and to find out if I had any special instructions. On the day of my move, the movers texted me around 40 minutes before my scheduled time to let me know that they were on their way. The 2 movers arrived on time and completed my move, in a courteous and professional manner in less than the 2 hours reserved for my move. When they were done, they politely asked me if I wanted them to re-arrange any of the items that they had moved. As far as I know now, nothing was damaged or broken or stolen. I generally prefer to give tips in cash, so I tipped them in cash. If I have a similar move in the future, I will definitely consider hiring these movers if their rate continues to be in a reasonable range.
