  • Pack & Stack were a tremendous help during my move. I was moving into a downtown apartment on the 20th floor and when the movers were taking my belongings up one of the elevators went down. We lost our reserved elevator and they had to carry my stuff to a different tower, go up a different elevator and take a skybridge across while I was trying to coordinate with the building management. This went over my allotted time with them and they had to get other movers to cover their next assignment to continue with the move, with their overage charges being very reasonable. The movers at Pack & Stack really came through for me during a difficult move and I can't thank them enough.
