The best moving experience I've ever had! Midwest movers exceeded my expectations in every way. Geno and elijah's professionalism, efficiency and courtesy were top notch, they truly went above and beyond! The customer service team was responsive, friendly and made the whole process stress free. If anyone is looking for a hassle free and affordable move, don't think twice, choose midwest movers!

Would not use this company again. Originally booked the movers for noon. They did not show up until 2pm, and I had to call to get an ETA they said they would be there in 15 minutes and then did not show up for another 45. Did not have any idea how to move the items and we had to suggest ideas. They could not carry that much weight, damages multiple of my items, cracked furniture, and at one point just decided to drop one of my heavy items onto the floor and cracked and scratched it. They dragged my couch across the desk ripping the fabric and drag marks on couch now. Never got an email back confirming details also, had to call and no one would ever answer only received a call back.
