  • Highly recommend Windy CIty Helpers. They showed up right on time and came with dollys and tools necessary to dismantle furniture. Everything was wrapped well and safe and they were quick, kind and efficient.

  • I had several items damaged. I provided tape, wrap, and blankets. They did not use them for many items, some of which were damaged in the move. I had several items that were not in the final walkthrough but also did not make it into the truck. I'm not sure how they went missing. I had several items not fit on the truck. When I got to my destination, I saw how poorly packed the truck was, and these items could have made it on the truck. On a positive note - they were extremely friendly. The older mover (I believe the owner) was very professional, but he left after some time, leaving 2 other movers to complete the job. They were fast, which was great, but I think this was at the cost of quality and led to negligence.

    Things like this happens when you rush your movers.you had a 2 hrs window to move a 3bedroom apartment fully furnished and wanted to wrap every single thing.
