This was our first experience hiring movers and we will never trust a moving company with our belongings again. We had three people for our allotted time of 2hrs to use the service elevator. They went over that time by 1hr (meaning we had to pay an overtime fee for the movers and the elevator). They also loaded the UHaul so poorly that we had to throw away $500 worth of stuff we owned and they had to push everything into the UHaul which damaged a $300 console table. The insurance was useless because the movers lied to them and said they did not damage our $300 console table. When we finally got to our destination, we loaded our belongings into a storage unit that was the same exact size of the UHaul and we had room for everything that we had to throw away as well as a dining table set. Do NOT trust these people for your moving needs.
