I asked to schedule the appt at noon. They would not allow me to do that. I was given a choice of 1130am or 130pm. I chose 1130am. They were 45 min late. My daughter came down from Madison, WI for the 5 items placed in the truck. She made arrangements for movers to meet her at 3pm at her place in Madison. She did not get to leave Chicago until 1pm. That is the reason for the low scores on their professionalism and overall.
