Items were not packed well which resulted in things arriving broken and or damaged. Movers didn’t know how to back up the trailer. One of the movers was sitting on the curb so I had to step in and help load. I was not informed I needed a lock for my Ubox until the second we finished loading and closed up. When I asked to take pictures of my things the lead said you have insurance you don’t need pictures. Will not be using this company again.
