Excellent service and customer support. Steve and Travis arrived on time and got to work immediately. Both were very professional and friendly. They quickly got to work, loaded the truck, and drove it to the new apartment, then drove over to the storage unit for additional items. They were both very accommodating with anything we needed help with. Once they had finished moving everything, they drove the U-Haul to the drop-off location, which we greatly appreciated, as we were unable to drive the truck there by ourselves. As for the excellent customer service we received from Carina, she called before the move and after to see how everything was going, and to confirm that things were going well. Overall, we were delighted with the service and will use it again when we move in the future.

Do not use this moving company, we found a lot of our stuff missing. We checked the security cameras and seen the movers stole over $5000 of our personal property out of our U-Haul truck while they unloading the truck and putting it in their personal vehicles. I filed a police report. I wish I could give them zero stars but the review only goes to 1 star.
