  • Monarch was incredible. If I end up moving again, I would absolutely re-hire. They were fast, communicative, and incredibly respectful not only to us, but to the residents in our building as well. We moved into a 5th floor building on a busy downtown street. The day of our move, we had to pivot quickly because the main street was closed--the team was very responsive. They also absolutely maximized the space that they had in the elevator to get everything up in as few trips as possible. Robert especially managed communication and planning on the day of in a way that set us at ease. I can't say enough good things.

  • They were great. They were on time and ready to load the van. When it came to unloading the van and loading my Ubox, they packed the Ibox efficiently and secure. It was a wonderful experience working with them.
