  • The communication was amazing. We worked out a time the mutually worked for both of us. They sent me a reminder text the evening before and then one to say they were about 15 minutes away. They hand led my furniture with care and were very careful going thru doors to assure no damage was done. I will use this company in the future!!

  • I was unaware that you are supposed to have the payment adjusted before you send it and was charged way more than I should’ve been. He got there at 1145am and was gone by 1pm he had a child and woman with him. I communicated to him that I paid to much and of course was denied a refund. Their hourly is $71 I paid $221! That’s why he left so fast! Then Proceeds to say if the U-Haul is filled all the way up then I am responsible for the total of three hours! I spoke with U-Haul and they declined that that is accurate! So unfortunately, I had to dispute this with my bank! And wanted to make others aware to make sure that if you have any issues, check with U-Haul before You give the payment code

    It is not my fault they dont offer refunds theres a 2 hour minimum I tried to reason on a refund and she wont answer
