    When I first booked for moving help, the owner or manager never contacted me. I reached out the day prior to the move to ensure that they would be there. Raul acted as if I didn’t have a reservation and asked for all the details. I provided them, and he never responded. The day of the move I accidentally released the payment early thinking it was for the loading company. I let him know and he still asked if my move was for that day. I felt so nervous as I’ve never used this service before and wasn’t pleased with the lack of communication. However, the workers during the move were amazing! Very friendly, efficient and professional. This would have been a 5 star review if it wasn’t for the manager’s lack of communication and professionalism.
