Have reached out to Swift & Safe Moving, the company we hired in Cincinnati, via voice mail and text. Have not heard back from them. Read reviews about their being nonresponsive and can't take risk of using them. The provider is not Benefit-life move LLC as indicated above. We are using them in Knoxville, TN. They have been very responsive.
