It would be a lot more helpful if we were contacted approximately a week in advance (or within 24 hours of reservation) as I was nervous I hadn’t heard anything until the day before. Otherwise the team was extremely helpful, very communicative the day of the move, and extremely fast in getting items moved and built up. They were also willing to move furniture around once it was in the house which was EXTREMELY helpful.
