The 2 that came out did a great job working with me to figure out how I wanted stuff packed and communicating throughout the process. Both were friendly and happy to help. Whoever their scheduler is mistakenly scheduled them for 1 hour when I ordered 2 hours, but they stayed for the whole 2 hours to make sure I got what I paid for, even though it made them late for their next job (which I'm sure will impact the review they receive from them, but I'm happy they honored what I paid for).

Gregory and Paris were communicative, helpful, on time, and polite. They loaded and unloaded a very heavy couch and several smaller items into my apartment. Would hire again!
