  • The person I spoke with on the phone was very professional, very clear. The guys showed up 5-10 min apart. We had reserved them for the minimum of two hours. But, they moved so fast that it only took them about one, maybe even less. They did not take any care at all with unloading and moving. They busted a light in the ceiling, and scratched some furniture pieces. It could have all been avoided had they slowed down and been a little more careful and thoughtful. They were always apologetic and very polite and kind. They just were rushing and very sloppy. It was chaotic for no reason. Again, nice guys, but not careful with our furniture. I would have rather they used the entire two hours and been careful and taken breaks...even if they didn't finish unloading. We had planned to finish moving out whatever was left after the two hours. But, they unloaded hastily in just one. Again, they were super nice and wanted to be helpful. They just need to slow down.
