• I do not recommend Kooks. I scheduled for noon on Saturday and confirmed it with Kooks. We waited around as they phoned about delays and the let us know they weren't coming at 4pm. Rescheduled delivery for 10 am Sunday, again confirmed by them. Communication from boss was that they were waiting at UHaul for it to open. When I called UHaul at 11;30 they hadn't been there. Finally heard from them about noon that they were there to pick up our pods. Kooks told me I would get 25 percent off my move, but that hasn't happened so far. On the other hand the two workers were great once they finally got here. Nice guys.

  Sorry for the inconvenience kooks Movers may have caused you, but for your inconvenience,kooks movers advised you that theyll be returning your U-Haul boxes for free of charge, also the House said there would not be stairs. There was an upstairs and a basement kooks Movers also waived that fee for you too. Once again, sorry for the inconvenience. • These guys were beasts. First of all, I needed a 3-man team immediately to unload my rental truck ( the guys who loaded it couldn’t complete the job). Kooks was up to the task. They weren’t just strong, they were magicians in getting my furniture into the basement. Then my waterbed mattress, being totally waveless with the internals holding water like a sponge, was like hauling a big bladder full of water up the stairs. They unloaded a truck that they didn’t pack (so they were not familiar with what and where things came from) and stayed until the job was done. I couldn’t help myself from carrying in some lighter things at their insistence that I just relax and watch, so they were very professional and accommodating. Worth every penny!
